Jason Russell Andrew Steele (born February 7, 1985) is an American animator, director, writer, producer, and composer who founded FilmCow. He is most famous for his Charlie the Unicorn series of videos, the first installment of which is often thought to be one of the most popular videos on the internet.

Steele voices many animated characters within his videos, yet he seldom makes appearances in live-action (one of his rare live-action appearances was the Vacuum Cleaner Salesman in The Kumquat Eaters). He often plays the main characters in his series, playing characters such as Charlie the Unicorn, Horse Man, The Marshmallow People, and Paul the Llama. Due to voicing so many roles, many of his roles have incredibly similar voices; this is referenced in Detective Heart of America: The Final Freedom, in which Heart of America points out that the characters Gorslax and Fannie sound exactly the same.
